Russia open to dialogue with constructively minded foreign investors - Mishustin

MOSCOW. March 1 (Interfax) - Russia still views foreign business as potential partners, Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin said.

"The government has actively supported localization in the past few years. We sought to attract manufacturers of end-products and their manufacturers of components to Russia in order to increase the output of components at Russian enterprises. But we still view foreign business as potential partners," Mishustin said.

"We are open to dialogue with constructively minded investors," he said.

Many such companies have worked in Russia successfully for a long time, he said.

"They set up production with high-paying jobs, invested resources, efforts and time in their projects to bring them to full capacity, set up logistic chains. Their goods are in demand both in our country and abroad," Mishustin said.
