Ukraine asks EU for immediate admission by special procedure - Zelensky
KYIV. Feb 28 (Interfax) - Ukraine has asked the European Union for immediate admission, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said in a video address on Monday morning.
"We are asking the European Union for immediate admission of Ukraine by a new special procedure," Zelensky said.
