DPR takes control of 15 settlements since beginning of military operation - territorial defense HQ

DONETSK. Feb 27 (Interfax) - Fifteen settlements in Donbas have been liberated since the beginning of the offensive of the forces of the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) with active fire support from Russia, the DPR territorial defense headquarters said.

"As of February 27, 15 [following] populated localities, previously controlled by the Armed Forces of Ukraine, have been liberated: Pavlopil, Pyshchevyk, Viktorivka, Bohdanivka, Novohnativka, Rybinske, Trudivske, Vasylivka, Prokhorivka, Starohnativka, Svobodne, Donske, Anadol, Andriivka," the DPR territorial defense HQ said on Sunday.

The fights for the villages of Hranytne, Hnutove, Shyrokyne, and Talakivka are underway now, it said.
