Russia could limit oil exports

MOSCOW. Nov 17 (Interfax) – The Russian government is looking to reduce the number of licenses to export oil, Deputy Prime Minister Yegor Gaidar said.

Licenses have been issued for 100-150 million tonnes of oil, he said. In general, about one third of all oil produced in Russia is sold outside its territory.
