Russia, San Marino plan to scrap visa regime

MOSCOW. Sept 13 (Interfax) - An agreement has been reached on the cancellation of the visa regime between Russia and San Marino, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said.

A relevant document will be signed in the near future, he said.

"We have a general agreement to speed up the work on the intergovernmental agreement on scrapping visa requirements for citizens' trips, it is almost ready," he said at a joint conference with San Marino's Foreign Minister Luca Beccari on Monday.

"I think we will organize its signing in the near future," Lavrov said.
