PM Mishustin reports registration of Chumakov Center's coronavirus vaccine

MOSCOW. Feb 20 (Interfax) - Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin has reported the registration of Russia's third coronavirus vaccine, the one developed by the Chumakov Center.

"We announce today that the third vaccine, CoviVac developed by the Chumakov Center, has been registered. The first 120,000 doses will be rolled out as early as in mid-March," Mishustin said at a meeting on the deployment of vaccines.

Russia is the only country in the world where three coronavirus vaccines are available, he said.
