MOSCOW. Sept 25 (Interfax) - The moratorium on opening bankruptcy cases at the request of creditors in sectors of the Russian economy hit hardest by the coronavirus pandemic, which runs out in two weeks, might be extended by three months, a source on the government's finance and economics team told Interfax, citing a draft resolution the Economic Development Ministry submitted to the Cabinet on Wednesday.

The ministry's press service confirmed that proposals on this issue have been submitted to the government, but did not provide details about their content.
