Moscow doesn't view China's missile program as threat - military official
MOSCOW. July 3 (Interfax) - Russia does not view China's missile program as a threat, Russian Deputy Defense Minister Alexander Fomin said.
"We don't view China's activity in the missile sphere as a security threat, not to mention as a pretext for ruining the INF Treaty [the Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces Treaty]," Fomin said when taking questions from journalists in Moscow on Friday.
