Polyus Gold boosts gold output 10% in 2010
MOSCOW. Jan 28 (Interfax) - Polyus Gold boosted gold production 10% in 2010 to 1.386 million ounces, Russia's biggest producer of the metal said.
This include 110,500 oz of byproduct gold produced by Kazakhstan's KazakhGold.
Preliminary sales revenue was $1.701 billion and earnings before taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) - $710 million-$730 million in physical sales of 1.382 million oz at an average realized price of $1,226/oz.
Cash costs were an expected $550-570/oz.
