Pogosyan appointed UAC head

ARZAMAS. Jan 31 (Interfax) - President Dmitry Medvedev has appointed Mikhail Pogosyan as head of the United Aircraft Corporation, Presidential Aide Arkady Dvorkovich told reporters on Monday.

Medvedev announced the appointment during the Arzamas session of the presidential Commission on Modernization on Monday and promised more reshuffles to boost research and innovation activities.

More appointments should be expected within the coming fortnight, Dvorkovich said.
