DeltaCredit Bank to place 6th and 7th bond issues this spring and autumn, mortgage bonds slated for summer

KAZAN. Feb 8 (Interfax) - DeltaCredit Bank plans to place its sixth and seventh bond issues worth a combined 10 billion rubles in spring and autumn, the chairman of the bank's managing board, Sergei Ozerov, told Interfax. He said that the bank's eighth series mortgage bonds worth 5 billion rubles will be placed this summer.

The issue of bonds with mortgage coverage is currently being registered with the Central Bank of Russia, Ozerov said.

He cited Vnesheconombank (VEB) and Agency for Home Mortgage Lending (AHML) as possible buyers of the new issue of mortgage bonds.

The CB registered the sixth and seventh bond issues for DeltaCredit Bank, each worth 5 billion rubles, in December 2010. These issues received state registration numbers 4-06-03338
