Gazprom gencos boost 2010 net profits 40%
ST. PETERSBURG. Feb 9 (Interfax) - Combined net profits at generating companies controlled by Russian gas giant Gazprom shot up 40% last year to 17 billion rubles, the company's deputy CEO Valery Golubev said at a meeting devoted to the results of the country's fuel and energy complex last year.
The gencos' sales revenues were up 28% from 2009 at more than 298 billion rubles.
Gazprom controls the TGK-1 , Mosenergo , OGK-2 and OGK-6 generating companies.
