ChelPipe postpones IPO over poor market conditions
MOSCOW. Feb 10 (Interfax) - OJSC Chelyabinsk Tube Rolling Plant (ChTPZ) , or ChelPipe, has put a halt to a planned initial public offering due to an unfavorable state of market affairs, the company said on Thursday.
