Borodin nominated for re-election as Bank of Moscow president

MOSCOW. Feb 18 (Interfax) - The board of directors at Bank of Moscow has nominated Andrei Borodin, its current president, for re-election to the post at the annual shareholders meeting on May 3.

The bank's senior vice president, Dmitry Akulinin, was also nominated, the bank said in a statement.

The board decided to cancel an extraordinary shareholders' meeting, scheduled for March 4, because the deadline for notifying shareholders and the procedure for convoking the meeting as per the law and the bank's charter had been violated.
