Shareholders in Bank of Moscow elect VTB reps for board of directors, including Kostin and Kuzovlev
MOSCOW. Feb 21 (Interfax) - Shareholders in Bank of Moscow (BOM), at an extraordinary meeting, elected five representatives from VTB to BOM's board of directors, an Interfax correspondent at the meeting reported.
VTB's president and chairman Andrei Kostin was elected to the board along with his first deputy Mikhail Kuzovlev, deputy chairman Andrei Puchkov, member of VTB's managing board Alexander Yastrib and the bank's senior vice-president and head of management Erkin Norov.
