VTB Capital nominates three candidates for Rosbank board

MOSCOW. March 14 (Interfax) - VTB Capital has nominated three candidates for the board of directors of Rosbank.

VTB Capital acquired 11% of shares in Rosbank previously held by Vladimir Potanin's Interros group.

The candidates are the co-head of VTB Capital's stock market operations, VTB 24 management board member Georgy Gorshkov and the head of structural products and structuring at VTB Dmitry Suspitsyn.

The new board will be elected at an extraordinary meeting of Rosbank shareholders on March 31.

Societe Generale, which is consolidating its Russian banking assets in Rosbank, has 74.88% of shares, VTB Capital has 11.13% and Potanins Pharanco Holdings Co Ltd. and ICFI (Cyprus) Ltd have about the same amount.
