Inter RAO has 6 months to cut stakes in Bashkirenergo, TGK-6 & 7 to under 25% - FAS

MOSCOW. March 15 (Interfax) - Russia's Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) has given permission for OJSC Inter RAO to buy 27.25% of generating companies Baskirenergo , 26.08% of TGK-6 , and 32.21% of TGK-7 , but said the electricity import-export monopoly would have to cut its share-interests in the companies to under 25% within six months.

Inter RAO will also have four years to entirely divest of these ownership interests, the FAS said.
