Court lifts portion of injunction against Uralkali, Silvinit merger
PERM. March 18 (Interfax) - Arbitration court in Perm territory has partially lifted the injunction against Uralkali's merger with Silvinit, which was imposed initially in a suit brought by Acron .
Silvinit filed the appeal against the injunction, an Interfax correspondent reported from the courtroom.
The only portion of the injunction left in place was the provision forbidding registration of the Uralkali share issue and the results of its placement.
The court has canceled the portion of the injunction concerning implementation of the Silvinit shareholder decision that approved the merger, implementation of the February 7 agreement on the merger and submission of information to the Unified State Register of Corporate Entities on the liquidation of Silvinit.
