Euroset announces intent to conduct IPO on LSE

MOSCOW. March 22 (Interfax) - Euroset , Russia's largest cellphone retailer, intends to go public with an IPO on the London Stock Exchange, a company statement says.

Investors will be offered global depository receipts on Euroset Holding NV (Netherlands) ordinary shares.

The selling shareholder will be Cyprus-based Alpazo Ltd., whose beneficiary is Alexander Mamut. Euroset Holding also intends to place additional shares, the amount of which has yet to be determined. Placement will follow regulations 144A/S.

The IPO organizers will be Alfa Capital Markets, Credit Suisse, Goldman Sachs, and VTB Capital.
