FFMS clears Nomos Bank to circulate shares abroad
MOSCOW. March 22 (Interfax) - The Russian Federal Financial Markets Service (FFMS) has cleared Nomos Bank to circulate 23,211,493 ordinary shares on stock exchanges abroad, the FFMS said in a statement.
