Radiation level normal in Primorye - Emergency Situations Ministry
VLADIVOSTOK. April 11 (Interfax) - The radiation level is normal, 14 micro-Roentgen per hour, in the Russian Primorye territory, a representative of the territorial emergency situations department told Interfax on Monday.
"There is no threat to human life or health. No radiation hazard is forecasted," he said.
A total of 193 stationary and mobile control stations are measuring radiation in Primorye.
Specialists of the territorial weather service, the Far Eastern customs office, the Health and Social Development Ministry, Rosatom, the Interior Ministry, the Emergency Situations Ministry and the Defense Ministry provide radiation control.
