RusHydro opening bid-book for 1-2 series bonds, coupon guidance seta t 8.15%-8.4%

MOSCOW. April 11 (Interfax) - OJSC RusHydro , which operates the majority of Russia's hydroelectric power plants, will open a bid-book for investors looking to acquire bonds in the company's series one and two of 10 billion rubles each at 11:00 a.m. Moscow time today, the company announced.

Bids for the ten-year bonds, which have a call offer announced for the first half of term, will be collected until 5:00 p.m. Moscow time on April 21. The guidance fort he first coupon comes to 8.15%-8.4%, a trader told Interfax.

Gazprombank, Raiffeisenbank, and VTB Capital are the placement organizers.

As reported, RusHydro intends to place 15 billion rubles worth of bonds this spring. A financial-market source said that on of the 10-billion-ruble issues might not be placed in full.
