Gold in CB reserves up 2.4% in March
MOSCOW. April 21 (Interfax) - The Central Bank of Russia had 26.1 million Troy ounces of gold in its reserves as of April 1, 2011, up 2.35% from 25.5 million oz on March 1, the CB said on its web site.
The gold was worth $37.005 billion on April 1, up from $35.79 billion on March 1.
Russia's international reserves grew by 1.75% to $502.46 billion from $493.835 billion during March.
