Bashneft's profit for Q4 2010 at $227 mln, $1.08 bln for whole year - analysts
MOSCOW. April 21 (Interfax) - OJSC Bashneft , the parent company of Bashkortostan's fuel and energy complex, which is controlled by AFK Sistema , will likely post $227 million in IFRS net profit for the fourth quarter of 2010, according to a consensus forecast.
According to eight investment and bank analysts surveyed by Interfax, said that the company's net profit for 2010 is forecast at $1.084 billion.
The average forecast for sales revenue for 2010 comes to $13.394 billion and 3.648 billion for the fourth quarter. OIBDA for the year and the fourth quarter is forecast at $2.576 billion and $588 million, respectively.
The company started independently publishing IFRS results starting from the first quarter of 2010. Bashneft's earlier financial results were published within Sistema's accounting.
Bashneft plans to publish its IFRS results for 2010 on April 22, 2011.
