Launch of Purpe-Samotlor, ESPO-II could be delayed up to a year
MOSCOW. April 22 (Interfax) - The necessity of replacing faulty shut-off values could cause the launch of the Purpe-Samotlor and ESPO-II pipelines to be delayed for up to a year, Russian oil pipeline company Transneft told Interfax.
