Quadra genco could slash 2010 div 25%

MOSCOW. April 25 (Interfax) - Quadra, the generating company run by Mikhail Prokhorov's Onexim that used to be known as TGK-4 , could slash dividends 25% for 2010.

The company said in a statement that its board of directors had recommended paying 0.000322136 rubles on each preferred share or a total of 24.2 million rubles, compared with the 0.0004291301 rubles or 32.3 million rubles paid for 2009. The company will pay dividends on preferred shares only, as it did last year.

Quadra controls combined heat and power plants with 3,403 megawatts of power and 16,705 Gcal/h of heat capacity in 11 regions of central Russia.
