Russian, Kazakh PMs discuss common economic space agenda

MOSCOW. April 29 (Interfax) - Prime Minister Vladimir Putin has discussed the formation of the common economic space with his Kazakh counterpart Karim Masimov, the Russian government's press service reported on Friday.

"The talks dealt with ways to broaden bilateral trade and economic cooperation, and to form the common economic space in the context of preparations for a meeting of the Eurasian Economic Community's Interstate Council at the level of prime ministers, to be held in Minsk on May 19," the press service said.

Putin talked with Masimov by telephone on Thursday evening.
