Tkachenko appointed top negotiator on Russia's OECD entry

MOSCOW. May 10 (Interfax) - The deputy director of the Russian Economic Development Ministry's trade talks department, Vladimir Tkachenko, has been appointed the government's representative to talks on Russia's accession to the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD).

A resolution confirming Tkachenko's appointment was signed by Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin, the government's press service reported on Tuesday.
