Gazprom Neft seeking 5-yr $600 mln credit

MOSCOW. May 12 (Interfax) - Gazprom Neft struck a deal with a group of banks for a five-year loan of $600 million last month, the bank has reported.

The rate on the unsecured credit is LIBOR+1.5%.

Among the banks involved in the loan are Bank of America N.A., Citibank N.A., HSBC Bank PLC, ING Bank N.V., Mizuho Corporate Bank Nederland N.V., and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation Europe Limited.
