Integra buy backs 3.9% of its shares for $25 mln
MOSCOW. May 13 (Interfax) - Oil servicing company Integra Group bought back 7,260,054 ADRs (American Depositary Receipts) worth $25 million at an average price of $3.44/GDR during the company's buyback program, which commenced in October 2010.
The reacquired shares account for 3.9% of Integra's charter capital at present and will be redeemed in accordance with the buyback program's terms.
The GDRs were reacquired through the London Stock Exchange with the assistance of an independent broker.
