Kazakhstan boosts gold production 63% in 4 mths
ALMATY. May 16 (Interfax) - Kazakhstan boosted refined gold production 62.9% year-on-year in January-April 2011 to 5.082 tonnes, the Sate Statistics Agency said.
Unrefined or semi-refined gold production rose 72.2% to 11.437 tonnes.
Unrefined or semi-refined silver production grew 17% to 194.518 tonnes.
