Surgutneftegas net profits surge 82% to 15.3 bln rubles in Q1

MOSCOW. May 16 (Interfax) - Net profits at Surgutneftegas increased 82% year-on-year to 15.3 billion rubles in the first quarter of this year, the company reported.

Sales revenues were up 41% at 193.1 billion rubles and gross profits 77% at 74 billion rubles.

The company's sales revenue went up by 19% to 595.6 billion rubles, gross profit - 16% to 194.5 billion rubles and net profit - 13% to 128.4 billion rubles.
