Khodorkovsky appeal hearing postponed until May 24

MOSCOW. May 17 (Interfax) - The Moscow City Court has postponed its hearing into appeals filed by lawyers against the prison sentences handed down to former Yukos CEO Mikhail Khodorkovsky and his former business partner Platon Lebedev in the second trial until May 24, Judge Vladimir Usov said.
