Firm linked to Oleg Mitvol buys 55% of Vanino Seaport

MOSCOW. May 19 (Interfax) - LLC Seltekhstroy won an auction for a 55% government stake in Vanino Commercial Seaport on Thursday, an Interfax correspondent reports from the auction.

The firm bid 10.8 billion rubles, or 11.6 times the starting price after raising the price more than 700 times at a bidding increment of 10 million rubles.

According to the SPARK database, Oleg Mitvol's New Investments owns 33% of LLC Seltekhstroy, a company called Vertikal owns another 33% and Investmarket the rest.
