Khodorkovsky, Lebedev have charges against them softened

MOSCOW. May 24 (Interfax) - The Moscow City Court softened charges against former Yukos co-owners Mikhail Khodorkovsky and Platon Lebedev, accusing them of stealing 128 million tonnes less oil than they were accused of doing before, the difference being worth 68 billion rubles.

Thereby the court satisfied a demand from the prosecution.
