First coupon rate on Acron's 4th and 5th bond series comes to 7.95%
MOSCOW. May 30 (Interfax) - Fertilizer producer OJSC Acron has set the first coupon rate for its bond series four and five each, worth at 3.75 billion rubles, at 7.95%, the company said in a statement.
The size of payment on each of the coupons will come to 39.64 rubles per share each at a face value of 1,000 rubles each.
The rate of coupons two through six are equal to that of the first coupon for both issues.
The coupon rate was set through book buildings. Sviaz-Bank accepted applications from May 12 to 27. The placement of the 10-year bonds is slated to take place on the MICEX on May by open subscription.
The guidance for the first coupon came to 7.95%-8.25%, which equals a yield of 8.11%-8.42% against a three-year offer.
Russia's Federal Financial Markets Service registered these issues on May 6.
The company currently has its second and third bonds issues in circulation each worth 3.5 billion rubles.
