Daily gas consumption in Russia exceeds year-earlier level by 70-90 mcm

MOSCOW. June 1 (Interfax) - Gas consumption in Russia currently exceeds the level of a year ago by 70 million-90 million cubic meters per day, Gazprom Deputy CEO Alexander Ananenkov said at a press conference on Wednesday.

Daily consumption last week exceeded the year-earlier level by 100 mcm, he said.
