Gutseriyev could join Bashneft board - source

MOSCOW. June 6 (Interfax) - Mikhail Gutseriyev, chief of the RussNeft oil company, could join the board of directors at Bashneft , another oil producer that is part-owned by the Sistema holding, a source with knowledge of the situation told Interfax.

RussNeft will hold its AGM on June 29.

Sistema owns a controlling stake in Bashneft as well as 49% of RussNeft. Mikhail Gutseriyev also owns 49% of RussNeft and Sberbank , the company's main creditor, owns 2%.
