MLR establishes mining rights trading platform

Shanghai. June 8. INTERFAX-CHINA - The Ministry of Land and Resources (MLR) on June 7 launched an online platform for trading of domestic mining rights, the ministry announced June 8.

The online trading platform, Mining Rights Market (?????), provides information on mine ownership, volume of resources, size and location of mines, and the expiration date of mining rights, according to the announcement.

The MLR hopes the move will help to standardize the trade of mining rights in China.
