Tymoshenko accuses Ukrainian govt of betraying national interests at gas talks with Russia

KYIV. June 8 (Interfax) - Leader of Batkyvshchyna party Yulia Tymoshenko believes that the talks with Russia on natural gas matters conceal the betrayal of Ukraine's national interests.

"I am convinced that all these talks are simply a stage set and a theater while in reality by gas issues they [the authorities] are covering up steps to betray Ukraine's national interests in the immediate future," she said to journalists in Kyiv on Wednesday commenting on the Tuesday Moscow talks of the prime ministers of Russia and Ukraine.
