Evraz entirely places 5 bln rubles in fifth series bonds
MOSCOW. June 9 (Interfax) - LLC EvrazHolding Finance entirely placed its fifth series bond issue worth 5 billion rubles on Thursday, the company said in a statement.
The bid book for the first series was closed on Friday of last week almost with the book for seventh series issue worth 15 billion rubles. The placement of the seventh series took place on the MICEX on Tuesday, June 7.
The first coupon rate for both series was set at 8.4% during book building.
The bonds have a fifth-year offer for preterm buyback. The first coupon guidance came to 8.5%-8.75% at the opening of the bid book, which corresponds to a yield on the offer of 8.68%-8.94%.
Troika Dialog , Gazprombank and Sviaz-Bank are organizing both issues.
Russia's Federal Financial Markets Service registered issues five through seven worth a combined 30 billion rubles at the start of May for EvrazHolding Finance. The sixth issue comes to 10 billion rubles.
