Russian software developer Epam Systems looks to raise $100 mln with IPO
MOSCOW. June 16 (Interfax) - Russian software developer Epam Systems has filed papers with the US Securities and Exchange Commission to conduct an IPO in a bid to raise up to $100 million.
Eight top managers intend to sell shares, as do the Russia Partners II, Russia Partners II Epam, Rainmeadow Holding, Da Vinci CIS Private Sector Growth funds and Epam co-founder Leonid Lozner also intend to sell.
