Russia, China sign agreement on renewable energy sources

MOSCOW. June 16 (Interfax) - Russia and China have signed a framework agreement on cooperation in renewable energy sources and energy efficiency.

The signatories are Inter RAO UES , the Russian Energy Ministry and the China Bio-Energy Corporation.

The document was signed at the Kremlin with Presidents Dmitry Medvedev and Hu Jintao in attendance.
