Medvedev plans bilateral talks with foreign leaders during St. Petersburg forum
ST. PETERSBURG. June 16 (Interfax) - Russian President Dmitry Medvedev plans bilateral meetings with Spanish Prime Minister Jose Luis Zapatero and Presidents Mahinda Rajapaksa of Sri Lanka and Tarja Halonen of Finland on the fringes of the 15th St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, which opens on Friday, Kremlin aide Sergei Prikhodko said.
