Regulator clears VTB to buy 100% of Capital Insurance Group

MOSCOW. June 17 (Interfax) - The Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) has cleared VTB to buy 100% voting shares in OJSC Capital Insurance Group, the FAS said in a statement.
