Russian govt may put new large companies up for sale starting in 2012 - Shuvalov

ST. PETERSBURG. June 17 (Interfax) - The Russian government may put new major companies on the list of those to be privatized starting in 2012, First Deputy Prime Minister Igor Shuvalov said on the sidelines of the St. Petersburg Economic Forum on Friday.

"This will involve both more shares and other companies," Shuvalov said in commenting on the government's possible proposals on speeding up privatization and expanding its scale.
