Crashed plane, passengers, and crew were insured by AlfaStrakhovaniye
MOSCOW. June 21 (Interfax) - The Tu-134 plane that crashed near Petrozavodsk, its crew and passengers were insured by AlfaStrakhovaniye, AlfaStrakhovaniye General Director Vladimir Skvortsov told Interfax.
"The carrier's liability to passengers was insured by RusAir as per the Russian Air Code," Skvortsov said. The insurance limit is 2 million rubles for the death of every victim.
"We also insured the Tu-134 crewmembers and the plane. Our experts and lawyers are leaving for the crash site today," Skvortsov said.
