Belarus needs $3 billion for balancing economy - minister
MINSK. June 30 (Interfax) - Belarus will need a loan of $3 billion before the end of this year in order to balance the national economy, Belarusian Economy Minister Nikolai Snopkov said.
"We need $3 billion in external borrowings; there is no need for more," he told Belarusian parliament deputies on Thursday.
