Alaluyev and two reps from Capital Insurance Group join Bank of Moscow's board of directors
MOSCOW. July 1 (Interfax) - At their annual meeting on June 27, shareholders in Bank of Moscow elected a new board of directors and increased the number of reps from Capital Insurance Group to two people, the bank said in a statement.
Elected to the board were Sergei Savosin (general director of SG MSK, a subsidiary of Capital Insurance Group) and Alexander Sudakov (president of the group).
Sudakov sat on the pervious board at Bank of Moscow.
Also elected to the board was Lev Alaluyev, who previously worked as an advisor to the bank's former president, Andrei Borodin, and was his partner in holding an interest in the bank's capital.
The bank's shareholders had their annual meeting on June 27 where they also confirmed the audit committee, a new version of rules for the board of directors and managing board, as well as changes to the bank's charter.
