Russia has no plans of building aircraft carriers - Defense Minister

MOSCOW. July 1 (Interfax) - Russia presently does not intend to make aircraft carriers, Russian Defense Minister Anatoly Serdyukov has said.

"We have no plans of building aircraft carriers," he told the press on Friday.
